Na ulju popržiti brašno, ali samo malo, da ostane belo. Zaliti domaćim kuvanim paradajzom, a kad prokuva naliti vodu i začiniti sa malo soli, biberom u zrnu i prstohvatom šećera.
U gotovu čorbu dodati domaće testo i kuvati još malo da omekša.
Jede se topla, a može se služiti i hladna, kao predjelo laganom letnjem obroku.
